1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Offensive360's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Offensive360 provides application security testing services including Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and related security analysis tools. Our Services analyze source code and web applications to identify security vulnerabilities.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit code or URLs that you do not have authorization to scan
  • Use our Services to conduct attacks against third-party systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Redistribute scan results or reports without authorization
  • Use automated scripts to access our Services without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to source code you submit for scanning. Offensive360 retains all rights to its platform, tools, detection rules, and vulnerability knowledge base. Scan reports are provided for your use and may not be resold.

6. Payment Terms

  • One-time scan fees are charged at the time of purchase
  • Platform subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise agreed
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Services identify potential security vulnerabilities but do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be found. Offensive360 is not liable for security breaches, data loss, or damages arising from vulnerabilities not detected by our scans. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all source code, scan results, and configuration data as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent. Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law or requested by you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Offensive360 operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by local law.
